Data Deletion Instructions
We store your name and email address to identify you and deliver tier-specific features. This information is stored securely, and you can remove access at any time.
When you log in, we use a temporary access token provided by Facebook. The token lives only in your current browser session and is automatically removed when you close the tab.
To remove our application's permissions from your Facebook account, visit your Business Integrations settings on Facebook and delete Social Media Analyst. Afterwards, email us at nikhil.shahane@21n78e.com so we can erase any stored profile information from our servers.
If you have further questions or require confirmation that your data has been deleted, reach out using the contact details above. We respond to all deletion requests within 48 hours.
